CANCELLATION POLICY
* SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOW FEES -
Your spa service(s) are RESERVED especially for YOU.
We value your business and would like to share why there's a cancellation policy. We're not being a 'greedy spa', we're protecting our service providers loss of income. Simply put, you cancel Same Day or No Show your service provider, and the front desk isn't able to get someone else in off the Cancellation List for your missed scheduled appt., this happens to your service provider...'No Client = No Income'. If you do need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please notify us 24 hrs before, or at the very least, by 4pm the day before your appt. You can Call, leave Voicemail or Text 24/7. This allows us the time to call from our Cancellation List and try and fill your spot.
We send an Email 2 days prior and Text message 1 day prior to appt. trying to get confirmation. In doing so, you're given 2 opportunities to Confirm or Cancel your appt.
